This guy is a total flake. Back in 2008 I was audited by the IRS. Scott took $2000 from me and said he could take care of it. After 2 months of meeting with Scott and me being harassed by the IRS and being told Scott wasnt returning phone calls I I went and sat in his office until after 5:00 pm. He finally came out of his hole and told me he had done NOTHING on my case. I would have sued the crap out of him but he didnt do anything wrong according to other attorneys. (Buddy system). Don't bother to go to this guy! I went to him for help with a tax problem. He saw me briefly, took $200, and never did anything. I called a week later to speak to him about what was happening and how the IRS contacted me again. He told me he would look into it. That was the last time I heard from him. I called once a week for four weeks leaving messages with his secretary and on his voicemail. He never returned any of my calls. Shame on him for treating clients like this!
