The worst and most incompetent experience of my life. Everything started off well, we had a good discussion where he agreed to take my case. I paid the $7500 retainer, and that's when he forgot who I was. I retained Mr. Hicks approximately a month before my first court appearance. We were supposed to meet later, to discuss a strategy prior to the court date, but Rob never had time for me and would not return my calls.
