They were so helpful! Ashlee was the lady that helped me and overall was great! She got back to me fast and was there at all times when I needed her and kept me informed! Highly recommend them!
I have had excellent experiences with Ashley on several occasions. She is a pleasure to work with, always responding quickly and courteously. It’s never money you want to spend but I believe the fees we were charged were fair and definitely worth it. Her handling of our traffic ticket issues has been an answer to prayer.
KC Defenders were very professional and efficient. They handled my ticket quickly and were able to get it reduced to a non-moving violation, which saved me from points on my record. Highly recommend their services!
My experience with KC Defenders was excellent. My circumstances for needing them was not as I was wrongly identified as the speeder for the ticket. Bad things happen to people when they least expect it but I had KC Defender on my side. Ashley was great and explained the process very clear and gave me my options. The outcome was as good as I could expect for having to pay for someone's else's ticket but it was removed from my record and my insurance will not be effected.
