I paid for services that were never delivered. After spending almost a year exchanging text messages and emails with no resolution, I finally gave up and accepted it as a loss. Disappointing experience.

He took a fraudulent case against me, which was eventually dropped by the judge after it became evident that the charges were filed under false pretenses. Mr. Phillips was hired as a lawyer to my wife’s ex husband. My wife had filed “unruly” as per instruction bc she was having issues with her son. Typical teenage behavior “experimenting” but it was starting to spiral. So in an effort to get the child’s attention as per instructed by a wonderful Gentlemen by the name of Walter Hall she reluctantly filed for “unruly”.
