I honestly can't recommend this attorney to anyone in the san luis valley area. He handled a case for me and the judge seemed to be at odds with him from day one. He gives off freshly out of law school vibes in the court room and the judges in the valley simply don't respect him like like they they do the more seasoned attorneys like Michael hartman and raymond miller. The guy almost had me take a plea deal on charges that weren't even filed. Didn't even catch one of the charges being out of the statute of limitations. In less than 24 hrs of missing a call from him, I was trying to get off from work so I could call him back, he texted me and was very unprofessional and rude. Told me after months of waiting for a demand letter, he had more important things to do.
