Writing this review is definately an honor, first off, Rafael represented me in a manner that is rare. He never once SPOKE AT ME, he listened and like a true Veteran he mapped out my case. He explained the areas i needed to focus on, as well as he gave me the opportunity to lean on him should I feel the URGE to say something stupid. At the end of the dust clearing, he negotiated my deal and it was something I could truly live with.
