Had the opportunity to postpone my ticket twice and he didn’t. He lost it which normal but I expect any lawyer who does his work in good faith to at least postpone and delay
Mr.Gerschel representation of my case was amazing I received a moving violation for failure to yield to a pedestrian in the fall of 2019 and due to the pandemic the case was drag out in traffic court for six years Mr.Gerschel never wavered and was able to resolve the violation with a full dismissal on 7/31/25 I highly recommend him and his law firm they are exceptional in their representation of clients thank you Philippe definitely will use your services again if needed without hesitation
