Just being honest, I shared my honest feedback with attorney Sellers after paying his fee of $250 without question. And all attorney Sellers managed to say in response to honest feedback was: “Don’t ever contact my office again.” If you have a good driving record and have the misfortune of getting a ticket in Currituck County, don’t fall victim to the racket. Just keep your $250 in your pocket, or whatever any other attorney charges and pay the ticket.
I would just pay the ticket if you have a good driving record. It's not worth paying $250 to have the ticket NOT dismissed and just reduced to a non-moving violation. If you have a good driving record, the insurance will not go up with just one ticket at in our case 13 or 14 mph over the limit. Save your $250 and just pay it. That is, if you are able to pay it, since the third party vendor website where they direct you to make payment seems like it was created in 1995 and does not work most of the time.
