From Nicole we received detailed explanations of available options and the consequences of those options. Being well informed, we had confidence in our choices. Nicole and team were incredible to work with. Their approach is reasonable, rationale, and when needed, tough love. I worked with them through both a sell of a home and a purchase of a home.
