We used them for a (co-op) home purchase in Brooklyn. It's kind of nuts to consider how much work they put into the process given how reasonable their price was. They were always available to us for questions and pushed the process forward when needed. Closing was super smooth. We felt very lucky to have them on our side.
Highly professional and sophisticated law firm! We have now used Nick Bowers twice (once from the buy and the second time from the sell side) and couldn't be more thrilled with his professionalism, respect, and attention to detail. Both closings went smoothly given his firm's deep experience.
