Please highly consider the prior 1 star reviews as they hold true for my experience as well. Nick has not been supportive or concerned about my needs since after receiving the retainer. When asked for help via text and asking why I haven't heard back from him, his reply was "Tell me why I am getting these scathing messages from you?".
