I cannot recommend Nick Moschella and his team enough. I was extremely stressed about a DUI charge with rather high BAC (sorry, won’t admit to the number here!). I found Nick’s site on Google and called immediately because I knew I was potentially in a lot of trouble. Nick achieved an incredible result that I honestly didn't think was possible. Beware. I paid $2000 to Mr. Moschella in July of 2023. I have not received a call back from him in over a year. No adjudication on my case with a ridiculous amount of filing delays.
Hands down the best attorney, very respectful, polite, straight to the point and he definitely looks to see your needs. I don’t know what else to write but THIS GUY IS THE MAN. 5 stars recommended. -oney c.s

Please highly consider the prior 1 star reviews as they hold true for my experience as well. Nick has not been supportive or concerned about my needs since after receiving the retainer. When asked for help via text and asking why I haven't heard back from him, his reply was "Tell me why I am getting these scathing messages from you?". As a physician, I am shocked at the level of unprofessionalism and rudeness that Nick has.
