I cannot recommend Michelle Cohen Levy based on my experience as her client. Unfortunately, the communication problems started before I was even officially represented. Simply obtaining the retainer agreement required repeated follow-ups over the course of weeks. Looking back, that should have been my first indication of what was to come. Truly awful service. I cannot recommend Michelle Levy based on my experience. The point is moot since she is currently not practicing law and is moving out of Florida. My advice is do not hire, she is a mess in my opinion. I hired Michelle to defend me in a complex commercial lawsuit because I needed a litigator who would aggressively move my case forward.
