So far, I can't even get an appointment. The woman they have answering the phone (Hannah) is in need of job and customer service training. She takes forever to respond to emails (even after you send 3 over a one hour period), and she disregards any information that you tell her about your case, she DOES NOT go out of her way to help you no matter how urgent your situation is.
