My wife and I had a 9 AM appointment scheduled with Attorney Deloreto. Her secretary even called the day before to confirm the appointment . When we arrived, we were met quite rudely by attorney De Loreto herself. She didn’t greet us or say good morning. Just asked what we wanted.
