So my experience with matt went like this … I had a reckless driving and speeding ticket from a state trooper claiming i went 91 in a 55mph on the garden state pwy , which obviously was exaggerated by the trooper none the less i had court and i was determined to fight this ticket as i am a out of state driver ( nyc ) and never EVER gotten any tickets prior to this .
