I read the reviews and took note of the fact that most of the 1-star reviews were from people that balked at the $250 for a 30-minute consultation fee. I didn't really have a problem with that because a good lawyer should get paid for his time. My disappointment came after my initial consultation. I thought after the consultation I was considered a client, and we would be moving ahead with my case to evict a tenant. Apparently not.
