I sat down with Sean and he explained the bankruptcy process. It was something I wasn't sure I needed. He said I could pay the $670.00 fee and if I don't need it I could just get a refund. I paid the fee the following week. His staff called me periodically over the next year, I had changed my mind and requested a refund.
