I used Kristen a bunch of years ago. And I was going through e mails and found a conversation we had, right after I bought my house there was a bunch of findings that the previous owner didn't disclose. When I reached out to Kristen she refused to help my family. Find a different lawyer
Kristen has been a huge help in helping me with the transfer of my home. We live in a low income unit and, when my dad passed, his was the only name on the deed. It's been a struggle trying to get the house to be transferred to me but Kristin helped me get it done. Not only is she very friendly but she was there whenever I had a question and had updated me every step of the way. I would strongly recommend her.
