I am an estate heir working with Kristen Johnson to finalize the transfer of a property deed at 117 Starlight Road. Despite being told as far back as September 17th that the deed would be recorded shortly—and multiple follow-ups since—nothing has appeared in the Monmouth County records under any associated name or lot number.
