Keenan prepared estate planning documents for me: will, general durable power of attorney, and medical power of attorney. Keenan is professional with a “good bedside manner”: friendly, calm, and patient. She listens well, gives clear explanations, and addresses needs and concerns verbally and in the documents themselves. I am pleased with her work and will ask for her help again should the need arise.
