Mal servicio hable para un reembolso que no se hizo nada en mediacion y que ahora no pueden reembolsar pero antes de pagar si reembolsan si no usabas las 4 horas y la secretaria primero dijo que no hacian QDRO's hasta que la puse en duda y fue a preguntar y que siempre si hacian QDRO's pero como segun Ms. Ramirez estaba en mi caso no puede hacerme a mi el QDRO ni devolverme mi dinero y eso no es justo solo les importa el DINERO sin ayudar a los clientes.
