I thought the attorney who originally drew up our trust had retired so I asked Mr. Anderson. He was hesitant, but agreed as long as I agreed to his cost. (He’s a member of our church. What better recommendation?) We met for an hour while he asked questions and I answered. I filled out the packet of paperwork; secured a copy of the existing Trust; paid the $500 retaining fee.
