I hired John to evict a squatter. After the eviction, to file in District Court for the expense of moving trailers on my lot and recovering taxes paid. Despite clear instructions verbally, by text, and by email, he failed to perform and lied to me that he had filed the lawsuit when he had not.. When I called him and emailed him to follow up, he ghosted me. He is unquestionably the least professional person I have dealt with in 40 years.
