Do not use this lady for attorney if she's court appointed attorney drop her, she gives out information to the judge and prosecutor that you share with her nothing is private with this wannabe attorney. She does not believe in your constitutional rights she wants you to take a deal and will threaten you into taking a deal, using your family to get you take it. Things like if you wanna a guarantee to stay out of jail you'll take what they offer. Do not use this person for anything
After paying her a retainer fee in September we have had poor service from Ms. Hoover. No phone calls, only a few texts, no-e-mails. Last communication was in November. Her phone mailbox is always full. We have no idea the status of our case. Sad.
My family went to her for help with money for my brother before he turned 18. Long story short, he turned 18 before anything was done. Waste of time.
Let me start off by saying that I highly recommend Jessica Hoover! When she first got involved with my case, it didn't take her long to realize just how inconsistent the court had been with my case in Indiana. It was extremely convoluted, and they acknowledged we had an existing case pending in our original state from which my ex had fled.
