I hired Attorney Schull for a divorce. He rarely returned phone calls and when he did, it was days later. When the divorce was over, I asked him to send me a final bill and return all funds not used. Guess what? His bill exactly matched the escrow I'd given him... to the cent. He spent hours reviewing small documents and I felt more money was used than was necessary. Highly disappointed in the quality of service.

This attorney is the worst. Run. First he will tell you one price, then before even half way through he want to double his rates. Then if you try to contact him, he will never call you back. I can keep going but we will leave it at that!
James Schull took $5000.00 from my account that he was NOT authorized to take. Yes, he stole my money!!! James Schull is NOT the attorney you want to represent you. Since I've filed ethics charges with the State Bar and just got a letter from the State that further inquires are needed it's beginning to look as though Schull could be in some trouble with the State. Civil and criminal charges will be filed by me when this inquiry is complete.
