She talks a good tail but then shows up 1 &20 min late for a very important 8:30am hearing and then not even knowing that an existing order (filed with her office) would preclude her from asking for the continuance that we had planed on. So when my name was called I stood by myself in front of the Judge telling him that she is on her way, he was not happy with her tardiness and took it out on me as he set the trial date for 7 days later. I was charged with possession of paraphernalia and obstruction by false name. I went to court and was ordered to pay a fine and go to some drug program. I never paid and I never went to the program. A warrant for my arrest was then issued, I then spent a week in jail, and when I finally went to court, she got all my charges dropped on a technicality. God bless her soul. I have no probation or anything.

It ain't easy in Hollywood, FL. Cop pulled me over for no reason, said I was reckless driving. Charged with possession. My homeboy put me on to Ms. Gabby, said she got him probation when the state wanted to send him to county. She was straight up, told me my only chance was to try and get the evidence thrown out, State was trying send me to the county. Ms. Novo is a tenacious attorney. A real fighter. She personally handles every case. I was referred to her by a friend, for whom she had handled a criminal matter. Someone had brought a bogus restraining order against me. Ms. Novo got the case dismissed. I don't plan on getting in trouble in the future, but if I do, I'll definitely seek out her services.
