I hired attorney Frank E. Ferruggia Jr. on June 6, 2023 to handle A tenancy matter. Even though Frank told me he was very familiar with landlord, tenancy matters Frank knew very little about landlord tenancy matters. I asked because for 10 years I managed an apartment complex with 207 apartments. Frank was not a good choice for representation for a tenant/landlord issue. We regret spending so much money paying retainer fees to work with someone who didn't provide any legal expertise and just did whatever we asked. He is not detailed oriented and seemed to just pay attention to how much money was at stake rather than provide any guidance. Frank was referred to us, as my sister had used him for a home close and had glowing remarks. Sure enough Frank was able to help us navigate our home purchase process seamlessly. All in all, I’d recommend Frank for as a trusted resource to anyone looking for a sound real estate attorney.
Selling my sister’s house as the Executor was very emotional for me. So many problems surfaced during the closing process. Frank was very patient with me. He made me feel confident that we would get through it. I would recommend him to represent any case. 😊. Plus…. He was very thorough. He was not afraid to take a stand.
