Frank was not a good choice for representation for a tenant/landlord issue. We regret spending so much money paying retainer fees to work with someone who didn't provide any legal expertise and just did whatever we asked. He is not detailed oriented and seemed to just pay attention to how much money was at stake rather than provide any guidance.
