When I called for assistance the staff was more than helpful and very polite I'm pleased with my experience
I hired Frank to look out for my best interests regarding my case. He had no compassion, poor communication and did the absolute minimum to help me. He promptly ordered mediation and did not assist at all with negotiations. 1 star is too much.
I highly recommend Frank Alvarez as a lawyer! He and his entire staff truly go out of their way for his clients. Communication was excellent; they kept me updated every time I reached out. Thank you for everything!
