Does not respond to phone calls, emails or texts. His incompetence and lack of knowledge on his cases has severely impacted my family. He does not fight for what is needed and can not even keep his clients names straight when standing in a court room. When I asked to have a meeting with him he said yes and arranged a time, that meeting consisted of standing on the sidewalk in front of the court house for 5 minutes and the same response from him, “I’ll make some phone calls and let you know”
COMPLETE INCOMPETENT JOKE! Eric Swortzel doesn't even try to give the illusion that he's trying! He doesn't return phone calls nor does he talk to the person he is suppose to be representing. He should be disbarred and Augusta County court system should be ashamed for even pretending this is acceptable "LEGAL" representation!! If I could give minus stars I would give this poor excuse them all!
This guy is a joke 🤣 i dont know anyone in there right mind who would want mr swortzell as a lawyer... cheap isnt good when it comes to lawyers. But if you have to get cheap attorney definitely dont call this guy here.
