10/10 will recommend The Law Office of E. M. Bartholomew II. GREAT communication through phone and email at anytime. Always responds within the day. This lawyer and his team are very family oriented. And that's what matters to me. They worked with me on payment schedules. And during the case gave good advise to where anyone could understand.
They were supposed to work on a case in which I was manipulated/threatened into signing an additional 6 month lease with an apartment complex (while I was in the hospital and very sick and in pain) And the apartment complex still said the signature was valid even though a contract is not binding if you sign under duress or if you are not of sound mind while signing (I was heavily medicated at the time due to the pain in my lungs and body from having full blown pneumonia) I was told they would handle this issue and give me up... read more
