During my first visit, I didn't know what to expect. Ms. Pack kindly walked me through each step. Over the course of the year, her team made sure to keep adequate communication with both parties to make the process as simple as possible. I definitely recommend Ms. Pack and her team.
Don’t waste your hard earned money. He will do nothing for you but take your money. If you want a lawyer that does not respond or takes a medical leave and tells no one for 6 months he is your guy!
Highly do not recomend Dustin and I will explain why below !!!! I walked into Dustiness office after my ex refused a court order drug test. He told me we needed to jump on getting this case heard because my ex was on felony probation and it was set to expire. The sense of urgency was pressed. how can you leave less than 1 star. horrible experience. they get you in the door and talk about what a case you have and how hard they will fight for you. then do nothing but waste your time, your money, let the apposing attorney run the show and tell you what they will and wont do, then do a 360 on you and suddenly you don't have a case, miss phone appointment (and the office does not even call you to apologize or reschedule just that another client was more important and you have to contact them), and not show up for cour... read more
RecommendedMr. McCrary is very responsive and takes the time to carefully review the process and set expectations. While I ultimately engaged another attorney, Mr. McCrary contacted me to endorse their skills and asked me to keep him in the loop on my hearing. Exceptional follow up.
Dustin will tell you what you want to hear. He did not show up for our hearing. No call or explanation. We had to call someone else in his place from the firm in which he worked last minute. The person from the firm had no knowledge of our case. We wasted so much money with him. We were told we were not the only clients he had done this to.
He went to court unprepared and left out all things important
