Duane Bryant is one of the worst attorneys that I have ever encountered and I'm surprised he is still in business. I reached out to him regarding a misdemeanor charge that, if competent, he could have either had dismissed or at the very least worked with the prosecutor to enter me into a Diversion Program. Both of which would have prevented me from having a record. Instead, he charged me $2,500 and advised me that he was going to take the case to trial. Duane K Bryant can has misled clients. He's all about $ signs!! And doesn't truly care for the individual. He doesn't advocate for his clients and often lets the prosecutors get their way. Clients hire an attorney for a reason to be there boys and have their best interest at heart and to fight for them against an already existing corruption in the legal system in order to bring justice.
