Be careful hiring Attorney Baum. All the 5 stars reviews are fake. Open up their profiles and you will understand. Like others mentioned in the REAL one-star reviews, he will ghost you. He was responsive and ‘nice’ until I paid him $1,500 to handle a dispute with my HOA, which was supposed to include two hours of mediation. He sent three brief, poorly written emails and vanished.
