I tried to create my very straight forward Estate Plan but Dorothy was very unorganized and had difficulties with scheduling. She rescheduled over my appointment twice. I provided all of my personal information, then she told me "I am training a new Legal Assistant and we are working through new procedures since all appointments and court appearances must now be via zoom and by phone.
