I am very disappointed with the lack of communication regarding a filing related to my parents’ legal matter. As an interested party, I should have received a copy of the filing, but it was not sent to me. I only became aware that it had been filed after the fact. Communication and timely sharing of important legal documents are especially important in a matter involving family and the court. My dad and I had an amazing experience working with Cristy and her team. Very professional since my very first call to setup a consultation. She was extremely patient with my dad. He is hard of hearing and if you aren’t around him enough, it’s hard to understand him. They worked very quickly to get our legal requests done in a timely manner. I highly recommend her services!
