I had an extremely disappointing experience with the office of Chris Clark. I initially engaged them to handle document filing, which they assured me would be completed by the second week of January. However, despite repeated follow-ups via phone and email, they continuously delayed the process, citing being too busy or struggling to get in touch with necessary parties. Mr Gelwicks represents our President for our HOA. These guys are horrible. It is a conflict of interest for our HOA to be our attorney. He represented our President in a civil suit against a previous board. We have sent letters with members signatures 3 times to Mr Gelwicks asking for an audit, we have yet to receive one. New members are complaining about the lack of transparency. We have had multiple law suits, which we do not know the results nor how much was spent on legal representation.
