If my family could give this man 0 stars we would. Once charles receives your money you will never be able to get him on the phone again. He will tell you that he is going to call you and never calls. He doesn’t respond to emails and does not file the appropriate paperwork with the court so that he can represent you . When people call on your behalf he will tell you he is coming to visit you and he would said next week. Well next week never came.
