Was my son’s court appointed attorney. Seemed to work for the state rather than the defendant. Communication was sparse. Plea agreement was for non aggravated, but lo and behold my son is in TDCJ for aggravated with no feasible way to get it corrected. And no return call from Mr Faden. He was my court appointed and I'll tell you now he will not go to bat for you if he is not getting paid he will just want you to take a deal from the DA and not waste his time. All I asked for was an evidence review and he simply wouldn't do it. If zero stars where an option i would give him that.
