Hello Wayne Reed here I'm 68 and had a few Attorneys in my life most care about one thing. But Brian care about me and my Custody have my son . I highly recommend him
Please do not waste your money I haven't spoken with my attorney in about 2 years he abandoned me. And despite calls emails and actually talking to the receptionist I've never heard back. And some how even though I haven't had any form of communication with Brian or his paralegals I'm still getting a bigger and bigger bill
I brought Brian a very complex High Conflict Divorce case. Brian had an excellent strategy, was able to identify exactly what was needed from first review of the case. As time went on he found another attorney on the case had committed ethical violations and helped file appropriate motions regarding them in court. You will not be able to reach anyone of importance at the office, phone appointments will be blatantly missed, and if your lucky he will show up right on time for court not even knowing who you are. Wait it gets better 1 year later they will start sending bills that were already paid up front, Over and over and over.
I don't know where else to turn. This attorney does not return his phone calls or his emails. His own staff cannot get him to return any of my calls or emails. Brian has left me high and dry and he has bled me for thousand of dollars. Meanwhile, my ex's attorney is getting everything she asks for. And I'm losing everything. I found out that Brian Lanz has been reported to several state agencies and its a miracle he still has a license to practice law. That would have been good to know before I hired him.
