The worst attorney I have ever hired in my life. Prioritized Child predators over me. Pushed all my court dates back because everyone else was more important. Would not come see me in jail because “thats not how this works”. Wanted guns as payment. Was 2 hours late to court because he was on a zoom call with another client (again prioritizing others). Maybe you will have better luck with him but my experience was horrible. The only good thing is his secretary Brennah, very sweet lady
My family has used attorney Zushin on more than one occasion. He is kind, respectful, knowledgeable and effective. He gets results. He also makes himself readily available answering questions in a timely manner. We were never left to guess. He communicates frequently, openly and honestly. I, 100% recommend The Law Office of Ben Zushin and Ben Zushin, specifically. 10/10
Ben Zushin got results for me that I didn't think was possible. I was thrilled! He brought out and pointed out several good points in Court that I thought helped a lot. He is also a very pleasant and personable person to boot.
Ben was extremely knowledgeable and very helpful in the preparation of my will and power of attorney. He also is very generous with his time in explaining things and gave me an incredibly fair rate!
