Don’t use this guy. He makes you feel stupid and puts you down for not being “prepared” for the phone consultation. In fact, he wasn’t even prepared himself by calling late AND didn't review any of the documents I sent over that would be discussed. It’s a vulnerable time in someone’s life and already hard to get help. Instead, you’re treated as if you’re a nuisance. Then getting off the phone??? If I could give no stars, I would. Mr. Viola repeatedly failed to return my phone calls and acknowledge my emails. Despite my efforts to resend them, he claimed not to have received my emails multiple times. He did not follow through on settling the matter and did not appear for my court hearing. After the court attendance was taken, he claimed ignorance about the court date, even though he had requested the adjournment.
