It has been a while, but a quick update. The home that I've been writing about has begun to leak. As crazy as this may sound, I've become very good friends with the individual who's been taking care of his mom's home. We had stopped by, and another roofer was there, but all agreed that the roof had begun leaking. It's sad that a sibling would try to evict her own brother, but karma always wins. I haven't posted for a while, but the new information I overheard yesterday late afternoon, only proves what a sham this case was from the very beginning. We all met yesterday, in the private attorney's office, as noted in my prior posts, and his attorneys stated You do know who your other sibling attorney is? Mr. Sloan, What I learned yesterday was shocking, but not surprising. The individual in my prior post, said he knew about this, but even my sister, who is an attorney, was shocked, but said the legal puzzle pieces always begin to fit together. I have been asked by many to explain what had occurred in the home noted in prior posts. On September 12, 2025,myself, and my husband, who is a roofer, stopped to look at 310 Crestwood Ct, and the individual noted in my posts stated: Hello, and my husband stated your roof has bad decking; the individual noted in prior posts, said: he was told that by many contractors, but their insurance company had just been out on September 06, 2025, and they were waiting on the claims adjusters decision. Mr. Sloan, Since you haven't responded to my posts, I thought that you should know that I've agreed to testify on this individual's behalf in probate court. My sister is an attorney, and I posted this eviction all over Facebook, but the responses from many attorneys were sheer outrage. The eviction process is to evict individuals who don't pay rent or destroy their homes, but the eviction process shouldn't be used against individuals who pay their bills and pay for all repairs. Mr. Sloan, I'm still waiting for a response. My sister is an attorney, and she stated that I should give you the opportunity to respond. If anything I've stated is incorrect, please feel free to explain why you're trying to evict an individual who's paid all the bills and repairs at this residence.
Mr. Sloan, I will respectfully continue to ask you to respond to my posts. How does an attorney represent a client who put a home for sale twice with a roof that needs to be repaired, etc., but you're evicting the individual who's trying to fix the roof properly and paying bills and repairs? My sister is an attorney, and she is outraged regarding this issue. I will respectfully continue to ask you to explain your thought process regarding this eviction. I can file a complaint but in the same manner also highlight wrongdoing.

On September 12, 2025, I went to look at a house at 310 Crestwood Ct that was for sale. I met a really nice individual who was taking care of his mom's home, paying bills, etc. My husband and I went there to look at the house, but to his surprise, he said the roof was bad, and it couldn't be for sale.
