About 3 weeks ago we recieved this letter from this attorney. No information was included with the letter. Just the veiled threat for eminent domain if we dont accept their good faith offer. But how can we accept what we do not know. We just wanted to know where the potential easement on our property would be. I have tried contacting them repeatedly per the statement in the very letter itself.
