Highly recommend this firm!! From start to finish the attention to detail, compassion, understanding and over all readiness to stand in your corner. This firm will do it all!! I never felt alone in my case while I was this firm. Although my case was not an easy case, this firm stood by me the whole way. There’s no pressure to just finish your case until you feel satisfied. From the receptionists, to the paralegal, to Mr. Rooks himself, should I ever find myself needing them again, I wouldn’t hesitate to reach out.
The receptionist Kayla has a very nasty attitude with callers, I tried to explain my situation to him and he brush me off and hung up on me as if I wasn’t important. Didn’t even get a chance to get a call back or speak to Morgan rooks. Will not be calling back.
Excellent lawyer and best experience anyone I know has had with a lawyer. Very sharp, understood the nuances of my case whereas other lawyers I called did not. Keeps you updated throughout the process, you never have to nudge or ask for updates. Definitely go with Frank!
Extremely unpersonable, did not ask any questions that would have led to a deeper comprehension of what I'm going through. It felt like I was speaking to the opposing counsel. Edit: The owner's response does not address the fact that a lawyer's best assets are his empathy, emotional intelligence, and the ability to ask thoughtful questions that will lead to a greater understanding of the issue at hand-- the man I spoke to on the phone had NONE of these.
