~ The "Business" is extremely Unprofessional & Unpleasant. The Building is Old, Falling Apart, Ceiling & Toilet Leaks Everywhere, Paint Chipping off Walls, No Central Air, & Somedays the Elevator may or may Not Work. Employees are Promised Raises that they are Never given, Good reliable Employees are treated Poorly, & the "Supervisors" who may or may Not have Experience in the Line of Work they Profess to Sit around in their Offices doing Nothing while Barking Orders all Day at the ones who Actually Work. The building is dated & is in need of some cosmetic repairs. It's a small place, which we like because we don't feel like our dad gets lost in the shuffle. It's in a good location for us to be able to visit easlily. We had limited choices when he needed placement so there was that. This is an upgrade from his previous living situation though. They have activities that he enjoys & events that include family members. Staff does their best to meet his needs. They are friendly & attentive.

The place reak's of pot on weekends, especially in the elevator to 2nd floor. Getting into the place when nobody present at front desk is less than desired. Could be due to understaffed workforce, could be just a terrible in/out way of doing things, just depends on when your there. 2nd floor in my opinion is better for your loved ones, they tend to care more & actually pay attention to details.
