This review is long overdue, but the results speak for themselves. We initially came to Launchpad for an evaluation after observing significant vestibular and sensory issues with our child. After a thorough assessment, Ms. Cherie connected the dots and, recognizing concurrent speech concerns, urged us to revisit the ENT specialist. We LOVE LaunchPad!! My daughter looks forward to going every time! All the therapists have great interaction with the kids. The kids are having so much fun playing, climbing, swinging, balancing, throwing, etc. that they don’t even know they are working on personalized goals with huge benefits!
Therapists are wonderful and my daughter loved going here. We saw enormous improvement within a month and she kept getting better and better. She is now a delightful kindergartner! I recently had a challenge getting an invoice reimbursed by my insurance provider and the owners of Launchpad were EXTREMELY responsive and helpful in ensuring we had what we needed to show medical necessity. Can't recommend this place enough!!
