If you forgot to buy some souvenir from your Launceston trip, you can find most of the popular brand s here. But really to pay double the price.

It was late on a Thursday arvo, & I was hungry, lonely, & tired. The food selection wasn't to my taste, so I ended up choosing a packet of Dijon & Mustard Soy Crisps. I felt miserable taking them up to the counter, which was compounded by the high cost - a product of the current inflationary economy. Inside the airport, there is a small, clean gift shop, but the prices are too high. Ten minutes is enough to look around, and it would be better if the prices were more reasonable. The magnets were made in China and cost between $10 and $20 each, while truffle oil was priced between $49.99 and $89. I needed a gift, so I bought a lavender room spray for $29.99, but it was very expensive.

Great selection of snacks, reading materials, food, souvenirs and Tassie made products but overly marked prices. For example, a small packet of cheese snack only costs $4 from Ashgrove but sells at $6.90 and the cheese selection which is normally $12 is $19 at this store! To add to this there’s a surcharge for using your credit card and extra cost for a shopping bag! If you can buy them outside, do so. Lady in the counter could be a bit more friendly at least.
