On Thursday, 4 June 2015. I had a great facial and massage. I had a bad pedi and a worse mani. The tools used in both pedi and mani procedures were highly used and were kept in a pouch. There was no soaking with the mani, just a rub down around the dry cuticle with a used cutical tool. The towels on the table were filthy. I was happy the procedure was so scanty; I was afraid of infection from the tools and hygiene. Horrific.
Me and my wife just left the lash loft. First of they told us our appointment had been change and they called to notify us. This was not true at all. I got the facial first, it was pretty good no extraction though. Then... I get my massage. We paid for her to roughly rub large amounts of oil all over us. This was not a trained massage therapist. This was a lady paid to rub oil all over us roughly. I don't have time to explain how bad this massage was. In fact that's the last time I call it that. Then my wife didn't get her... read more
