This is a completely unsolicited (and kind of random) shout-out to the Lark Center, but I realized how much I wanted to share our experience as I do think it’s rare and unique to experience this in the special needs community. My son attended Meadowlark and received OT services there. We still participate in their social skills groups and summer programs whenever we can. We absolutely love the Lark Center! My daughter started a little over a year ago with individual sessions and has since done a handful of different social group. She has loved every aspect of all sessions and continues to look forward to going. I can't thank the staff enough for the way they have changed our lives!
I have succeeded a lot and for new peers joining you will love and like the experience a lot. Staff are great and for new peers you will benefit a lot from it
We have loved our time at the LARK center! Our daughter hated being left anywhere without us before we found LARK. She is so loved and cared for there and you can just feel this sense of goodness there. They all seem to love what they do and the kiddos in their care. We’re so thankful to have found a truly inclusive place where our daughter could receive the support she needs!
We love the Lark center. My daughter not only enjoys her time there she is learning great skills to help her navigate different social and life skills. The team is amazing and super helpful with not only her but helping give me tools and understanding of how to help us deal with behaviors and struggles.
