I took the plunge and I was SO happy I went there. The problem was nothing more than accumulated dust and dirt inside the machine, and the Laptop Shop charged me hardly anything for the diagnosis and cleaning. I would not hesitate to recommend this shop.
We are a split family of both mac people and pc people. I love that the Laptop Shop can do repairs to both. We were recently here after my daughter dropped her mac. After we could not get it back on, and thought it was dead, these guys were able to bring to back to life- everything still there too.
Great service, charges pretty decent prices for repairs. Nice guys and they're easy to talk to.
